Biography
Fleur graduated with a Masters of Audiology from Flinders University in 2008. Following this, she has worked in a number of diverse settings as a clinical audiologist. These include a private adult rehabilitation and hearing aid fitting clinic, hospital and community health settings working with adults and paediatrics, and an adult cochlear implant clinic.
Fleur will be sharing her time between lecturing at Flinders University and clinical work at My Hearing Centres.
In her academic role, Fleur has managed a school-based hearing screening program for Aboriginal children funded by the Department for Education. Fleur is also involved in the Aboriginal hearing screening field trips to the APY Lands. Fleur is passionate about teaching the core clinical skills in an easy, hands on and relatable way!
At My Hearing Centres, Fleur brings incredible experience in audiology, including hearing assessments, diagnostics, and new services such as:
- Auditory Processing Assessments (APD)
- Paediatric audiology (3 years and above)
- FM fittings
- And more.
